Heritage meets progress. Capital Town is a 35.6-hectare, 19th integrated urban township by Megaworld Corporation, set to become the newest Central Business District of the North. It is situated at the heart of San Fernando, Pampanga, where Pampanga Sugar Development Company (PASUDECO) used to operate.

Strategically located in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Capital Town is approximately 70 kilometers away from Manila. The Township is easy accessible via the North Luzon Expressway (San Fernando Exit). It is also 30 minutes away from the Clark International Airport.
